ALL ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
We will perform preventative maintenance and optimization services every 3 months (up to 4 times per year).
We will clean up your computer(s), removing any spyware, adware, malware, viruses, and general computer "clutter" that accumulates over time and slows down your system's performance.
Since dust accumulates inside your system (preventing critical components from cooling properly), we physically clean your system as well.
We will update all operating system and program files, and optimize your system for best possible performance.
We will back up your files and data per a pre-arranged backup protocol or verify that your backup systems are functioning properly.

Standard - We provide quarterly preventive & maintenance service 4 times a year @ Rs. 1200/- / Laptop & Rs. 1800/- / Desktop
Premium - We provide service as and when required and you pay the repair/replacement cost only @ Rs. 2400/- / Laptop & Rs. 3000/- / Desktop
Platinum - We provide service as and when required. Replacement of parts included @ Rs. 3850/- per Laptop & Rs. 4000/- per Desktop
Our Annual maintenance contract is available in following
AMC also available for corporate clients –
- 12 months on site, Including Labour + Spares
- Replacement of Spares, subject to availability, Routine preventive Maintenance
- Priority in Support, Ideal for Corporate clients who think Time is Money
- At a minimum, the hours of service availability must include the hours between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except for Sunday & Government Holidays.
- Within such hours of service availability, the Provider must respond to client requests for remedial maintenance within six business hours of the client placement of a call for such service and complete the necessary repairs within twenty four business hours of such call by the client.
- The response time/repair time requirements (6 hr. /8 hr.) for remedial maintenance services are intended to ensure optimal productivity from installed equipment by minimizing downtime. This is an especially critical factor in smaller/remote locations where back-up equipment is not as readily available.
The maintenance service does not include
- This is non comprehensive contract if contract is non comprehensive, replacement of any part of the desktop or repairing any part of the desktop will be paid basis, new hardware or repairing charges are does not included in this agreement, its paid by client.
- Up gradation of the Machine.
- Attachment of Any additional equipment or accessories which is not covered in AMC.
- Repairs arising out of accidents, Transportation failure due to non-standard electrical power, dust, humidity, damage caused by insects, rats, Etc..,
- Replacement of defective parts will be charged extra.
- Data loss due to virus infection is not responsibility of VNS e Shop (VNSES). VNS e Shop will try its best to recover the data. But not guaranteed frequent virus infection.
- VNS e Shop will not responsible for any data loss in any case may be due to hardware failure or virus infection or during cleaning virus infection or operator error. Customers are requested to keep regular backup to avoid such circumstances.
- Operating system crash or any software corruption due to power failure does not come under this contract. Operating system like Windows NT, Windows 95/98, Novel Net Ware and Unix. If not shut down before power off or failure are bound to crash. For such systems we recommend the use of UPS.
SECURITY AND DATA CONDIFENTIALITY
VNS e Shop takes your security seriously and takes reasonable steps to protect your information. We will ensure the reliability of our staff, which has access to data held by the Client. Such staff are required to sign a confidentiality statement in the presence of the client and duly attested by the same.
OBLIGATION OF THE CLIENT
- The client will ensure proper electrical grounding.
- The client shall not shift or move the equipment from the said premises. Any such movements shall be conducted by the VNSES or under the supervision of the VNSES service personnel on chargeable basis.
- The client will intimate the VNSES if any additional attachments, features or devices are directly or indirectly connected to the equipment and all such connections of additions will be conducted only after receiving prior written consent from the provider.
- The client is sorely responsible for keeping the systems, media and site adequately insured against risks such as burglary, fire, flood, etc. All damages or losses caused due to the above is beyond the scope of this agreement.
- The client will ensure that rats, insects, etc., do not invade the site and damage the systems covered in this contract.
