Shipping & Returns
Every customer is our valuable customer who uses our web services to purchase products. We always keep customers our first priority; we have already made our shipping and return policy customer friendly.
In shipping our quality team always checks products before packing; it’s a process of 2 teams, one ground staff and then supervisors. After proper checking we packed the products in a way by which there will be no damage in transportation. After all these precaution if customer is not satisfied with the product when delivered than we give best resolution to the customers according to these norms.
1. After receiving product if you are not satisfied than immediately call our customer care and raise your issues, you can mail your issues at email@example.com . This call
or Mail needs to reach us within 24 hrs of receiving the product, if we get calls after 24 hrs that will not be entertained.
2. We accept returns within 5 days of receiving the products.
3. whatever the products customer is returning should be unused and in original condition with tag, Invoice, intact as attached in the product. All tags, intact should be in
original condition, if failure products will not be return.
4. Customers need to be ensuring original packing along with the invoice.
5. Refund process will start after receiving the product from merchant side.
6. Amount will be refund directly to the customer account, whatever the payment method customer used to do the payment. But refund amount will be transfer directly to
account of customer.
7. Shipping cost to return the product will be provided by customer
8. When customer return the product, he/she must have to report AWB no of courier service provider, and courier service provider must be track able.
10. If customer wants replacement, we provide the product to the customer as early as possible without any shipping charges.
11. If original product or item which customer ordered is no longer in stock than we request to customer for choose an alternate item or product, we deliver this to customer
without any shipping charges.
12. We don’t return custom duties, taxes whatever the customer paid for delivery.
13. Refund amount can’t be more than the actual value of product plus shipping cost paid by customer. This cost can’t be increase at any situation.
14. We always do our best to give excellent services to our customers.
IMPORTANT NOTE : Products where returns are not acceptable:
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
- Any Branded Products / any other products related to Information Technology or any Branded Electronic Products which are covered under the manufacturer's
